In His Image Designs ships nationwide in Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers. Although, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
For returns, please contact us using the above form, addressing your product and your reason. Returns also must be within 7 days, and products must be unused.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed & personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Can I customise a design?
At InHisImageDesigns, we are open to receiving inquiries and suggestions for any designs you’d like to see. Feel free to use the form to contact us about your ideas!
How long will the order take to arrive?
Your delivery will approximately arrive within 3-7 days.
However, delays might occur due to postal working hours and locations.
Note: Personalised items will take longer.
